The Mcquaig recruitment test is in two parts:
Word survey - The online personality profiling tool measures core personality traits. This indicates how suited an applicant might be to the job role they are applying for.
Occupational test - This short 15 minute test measures an individual's speed of thought, mental agility and key components of 'intelligence' against specific job requirements.
Recruiting people who share our values is also key. We use a range of recruitment tools tailored to the role, and you will be briefed fully on what to expect and any preparation required before you meet us.
