King Prawn & Pesto Linguine

Prawns with Pasta, what's not to love?! Serves 2.

King Prawn & Pesto Linguine



1 pack Lyons King Prawns
200g Linguine
1 heaped tablespoon of pesto
1 tablespoon of olive oil
25g pine kernels toasted
Fresh basil to garnish


1. Boil the linguine in lightly salted water, according to the instructions on the packet.

2. Meanwhile gently warm the oil in a saucepan and heat the King Prawns for 1-2 minutes.

3. Take the pan off the heat and add the pesto and the drained linguine and toss well.

4. Serve garnished with fresh basil and toastedpine kernels.

5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil & enjoy!
